Mainly, I want this week over as soon as possible so that I can move onto the next week which is looking very lovely indeed.

Once again, a voice lesson is upon me, and I haven't practiced a bit. I really need to fit a cram session in tomorrow to get at least slightly prepared. Besides this one, I only have one more to suffer through before Harry Potter and the Half Blood Prince is finally out. My dad's already bought our tickets.

So a quiz in Biology tomorrow and a test on Wednesday is what's shaping up this coming week for me. The good news is I'm one of the only two people in my class of 24 to get an A on our first lecture test. I did end up getting a C (74) on my lab test though. We don't have one of those this week thank heavens, but I suspect we'll end up having one the week after though. So I'm getting along well enough in the class, but that doesn't make the 2 1/2 hours I spend in it everyday less boring.

Both St. Louis and Dallas were great fun, and I ended up snagging a few great photos (compared to what I usually take) while at the St. Louis Zoo. I stood for forty minutes in the shade in front of the snow leopards exhibit, waiting for them to come out. It was actually slightly funny to see how many people came over to check out the seemingly empty exhibit just because I was standing in front of it.

And even though I'm only turning 21 this next Sunday, my dad's already been a hero and gotten part of my 22nd birthday present set up. We now have our room reserved at the hotel where the 2010 Harry Potter convention (Infinitus) is going to take place. Once Azkatraz is over with, we can call and get signed up for the convention itself and then everything will be covered (except for the plane tickets which we can't buy this early anyway).

Another great scrap of news is that my sister will most likely be able to come up within the next week and a half. Whatever we end up doing will be loads of fun and I need to remember to take tons of pictures.

...I recently made a pact with a devil. I adore the Harry Potter books (while mostly liking the movies) and loathe the Twilight series, whilst I have a friend who's the complete opposite. My friend had never watched any of the HP movies, and I haven't watched Twilight. Well, recently she spent the night at my house and having lost a game of Sorry which included a bet, she had to watch one of the HP movies. I then proceeded to lose the next Sorry match (our Sorry battles are epic) and now due to our bet have to watch Twilight with her. What's worse? I CANNOT MAKE ANY STATEMENTS ABOUT HOW ROBERT PATTINSON IS BETTER AS CEDRIC! I mean, honestly, dead Cedric looks five times better than dead Edward. I am resigned to my fate.

Cedric please forgive my unfaithfulness in advance!

Moving on...my office is still in shambles and I have only made a slight dent in the mess.

Video Game News

Started up playing Naruto: Parth of Ninja 2 since I was wanting a change of pace. I simply cannot wait until summer semester is over, and I can play Kingdom Hearts day in and day out for two whole weeks. Oh, plus I found out Final Fantasy Dissidia doesn't come out until August 25th. And Square-Enix calls that summer? That's the week I go back for fall semester!

Also bought Harry Potter: HBP for the PSP. I'm hoping to get some playing time on it later on in the week.

Lots and lots of stuff to submit, but no time to sit down and write up author comments and all the detail stuff that goes along with submission. Maybe this coming weekend I'll be able to put a few up.

Chapter 10 is finally done! Just need to post it up here. Chapter 11 is well on it's way, but does still need lyrics.
